With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Ila Reed brings a wealth of expertise to aesthetics. An Albuquerque native, she has worked as a CNP across the country, including in Florida, California, and Las Vegas, before returning home to continue her passion for beauty and wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico and her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University in New York and a post-graduate from Grand Canyon University.
As a certified injector, permanent makeup artist, and Co-Owner of Bella Aesthetica Medical Spa, Ila specializes in facial aesthetics and permanent makeup, helping clients achieve confidence through natural, beautiful enhancements.
Fun Fact: Ila holds a master’s in fine art degree in illustration, which inspired her journey into permanent makeup, allowing her to blend art with aesthetics. When she’s not transforming clients, she enjoys painting, drawing, and staying active—she even competed on the world stage in Spain for pole fitness!

Demi Reed is a registered nurse and certified injector with a passion for facial aesthetics and skincare. With nearly a decade of experience in healthcare, she has worked in oncology, urgent care, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brookline University and later pursued advanced training in injectables and medical aesthetics.
As a co-owner of Bella Aesthetica Medical Spa, Demi specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and acne treatments to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She is also currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to further expand her expertise in aesthetic medicine.
Fun Fact: Demi is a proud fiancée and mom to two amazing kids who inspire her every day.

With a career rooted in pediatric oncology and a passion for aesthetics, Danni brings a unique blend of compassion, artistry, and expertise to her role as a nurse injector and nurse practitioner specializing in wellness and weight loss. Her background in makeup artistry has given her a deep appreciation for facial harmony and subtle enhancements, allowing her to create results that are both natural and transformative.
Danni believes in meeting each client exactly where they are, helping them feel confident, radiant, and like the best version of themselves. Her approach to aesthetics is all about glassy, glowing skin and natural beauty—elevated.
Fun Facts: When she’s not perfecting aesthetics, Danni is a full-time #girlmom and a part-time glow-getter. She’s one of the rare few who actually loves going to the dentist (seriously!), has voluntarily run 26.2 miles, and can get lost in a good book just as easily as she can in a skincare routine. Life’s a marathon—she might as well run it with great skin and a bright smile! ✨

Elizabeth Glover is a licensed esthetician with a strong passion for results-driven skincare and helping clients feel confident in their skin. With a background in both the medical field and esthetics, Elizabeth brings a unique, holistic approach to skin health—combining clinical knowledge with advanced skincare techniques. She specializes in customized facial treatments, acne bootcamp programs, dermaplaning, and skin-rejuvenating services like DiamondGlow and SkinPen microneedling.
Elizabeth is dedicated to educating clients on the importance of consistent at-home skincare and professional treatments that deliver long-lasting results. Her approach combines science-backed products, hands-on care, and client empowerment—especially for those struggling with acne or skin sensitivity.
Fun Fact: When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find Elizabeth lifting weights or studying for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
