At Bella Aesthetica Medical Spa, your time is valuable — and so is ours. To ensure a smooth and fair scheduling experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered late and will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notice will also be charged a $50 no-show fee.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• Log into your Client Portal
   
• Use your appointment confirmation email or text message to manage your booking
   
• You can also contact us directly during business hours
   

• Fees are charged to the card on file at the time of missed or late-cancelled appointments.
   
• Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
   
• By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
